A feast for the eyes

This applies not only to how the food is presented on the plate but also to the environment in which you dine. In our panoramic dining hall with large panoramic windows, your gaze will continually drift over the enchanting landscape unfolding before you. Our second dining area boasts walls adorned only with locally sourced wood, and in the traditional “Stube” parlour, the open fireplace is surrounded by handcrafted Swiss stone pine, adding to its cosy atmosphere. Ladin cuisine

In Ladin cuisine, tradition and culture play significant roles, with each dish telling stories of times long gone. Enjoy the delightful flavours of “Tutres”: fried pastry pockets filled with spinach, sauerkraut, or poppy seeds. Try the hearty cheese dumplings called “Gnoch da zigher” or the savoury “Bales da cioce” Speck bacon dumplings. And crown your indulgence with sweet pastries such as “Crafuns mori” or “Cüdles da pom”.
